Q: I am a returning customer, but I can't log in.  What should I do?

Please request a new password to reactivate your account.  Just click this reset your password link.  Enter the email address associated with your current Kali Gear account and follow the instructions.  You will receive 2 emails during the process.  The first contains a confirmation link.  After you click on that link, another email will be sent to you with your new password.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: We ship to most countries.  We do not ship to Brazil or Mexico.  To determine whether we can ship to you, add an item in the shopping cart. View the shopping cart.  Below the subtotal, you will see a small link below the products that says "estimate shipping & tax."  Click this link and enter your location information.  If your country is in the list of available options, then you will see a quote for shipping.  This is also the method used to get an estimate on shipping to your address.  The estimate is based on the current contents of your cart.

Q: How much will it cost for shipping to my address?

A: We ship orders via the United States Post Office based on the weight of your order.  After placing items in the shopping cart you will see a small link below the products that says "estimate shipping & tax."  Click this link and enter your location information to get an estimate on shipping.  The estimate is based on the current contents of your cart.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

 A: We offer free shipping for domestic USA orders over $200.00.

Q: Can I place my order by phone?

A: No. Currently we are unavailable to take your order by phone.

Q: How quickly will my order be shipped?

A: Your order will usually be shipped within 24 to 48 hours.  We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Q: How will my order be packed?

A: We pack orders in some combination of bubble wrap, peanuts, newsprint and cardboard boxes as needed.  We use biodegradable and recyclable packing materials whenever possible.

Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: We do our best to ship orders to you as fast as possible.  Most orders ship the same or next day if items are in stock.  All priority mail and express mail orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.  We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail or stolen from your shipping address.  In any case, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist with any special shipping needs you have.

Q: What is your international shipping policy?

A: We are happy to label and ship your order according to your special requests, but as required by law, we must list the full value of the contents of your order when shipping.  Unfortunately, there is no way for us to track international orders outside the U.S.  We cannot be responsible for orders lost in the mail.  Also, please note, customs in your own country may delay shipment as your order enters.  Any taxes or duties on your shipment levied by customs are your responsibility. When placing your order with Kali Gear, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.  If for any reason your order is confiscated or returned, we are not responsible for the loss of goods or shipping charges.

Q: Can I pick up my items if I will be in the Austin area?

A: Yes.  Friends, students, and members of the Tactical Arts Academy (TAA) can pick up their items in class or at special events.  Please mention when you would like to pickup your order in the shopping cart comments box or by email.  After receiving your order, we will then contact you for confirmation.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Kali Gear has a simple 90 day return policy.  All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition it was when you received it. 


  • You can return your purchase for up to 90 days from the purchase date for a refund or store credit.
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.  Returns will not be accepted if the item is used or worn.
  • Please notify us of a return before sending it. And please tell us why you would like to return it.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
  • With the exception of defective items or those damaged during shipping, you are responsible for all shipping charges.

Q: Will Kali Gear later offer other products such as...?

A: We are always looking to offer more items to support your training.  If you have any requests or ideas for new products we could offer on Kali Gear, please contact us and let us know.  If we can't provide it, then we may still be able to help you find what you need.

Q: Does Kali Gear offer wholesale or discounts?

A: We do not offer wholesale accounts, but we do offer a small discount for instructors.  If you are an instructor and would like to provide Kali Gear products to your students, please apply here.

Q: Can I pay using Paypal?

A: We are sorry, no. Because Paypal has restrictive policies on what products we are allowed to sell under their user agreement, we are no longer using Paypal to process payments for orders.
